I/We shall not use the name, logo or goodwill of MPEDA or Seafood Expo Bharat 2026 without prior approval, or engage in any conduct or misrepresentation prejudicial to their reputation, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPEDA and Seafood Expo Bharat 2026, their officers and representatives, from and against any claims, disputes, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the recruitment process, employment relationship, statutory non-compliance or any act or omission attributable to me/us.
