INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELEGATES PARTICIPATING IN SEAFOOD EXPO BHARAT

The following are the instructions for the delegates to comply to ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all attendees of SEB 2026. By registering, all the delegates agree to abide to adhere with these set of instructions.

1. All attendees are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, Aadhaar etc.) at the entrance/registration counter for verification during registration and inside the venue on request by the security officials.
2. All attendees must always wear the official SEB 2026 badge visibly within the Expo premises.
3. For security reasons, badges are non-transferable and may not be used by any person other than the registered delegate. Do not share your expo badge with others.
4. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to any individual without providing a reason.
5. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards fellow attendees, exhibitors, staff, and service providers.
6. Access for anyone under the age of 16 is strictly forbidden due to the professional nature of the event and safety regulations.
7. Delegates have free access to the common exhibition areas and technical sessions; however, separate registration is mandatory for participation in the buyer-seller meet, as entry to these events/meetings is strictly based on prior registration through the mobile app.
8. Delegates are strongly encouraged to leave bags and luggage at their hotel to facilitate smoother entry and movement within the Expo.
9. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all exhibit halls and enclosed areas of the Expo.
10. Attendees are strictly not permitted to leave the Expo premises with any seafood products displayed or sampled within the exhibit halls, unless explicitly authorized by an exhibitor for sampling purposes within their stall.
11. Delegates must comply with the instructions and directions given by Expo staff and security personnel.
12. Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings. Report any suspicious activity or unattended items to the nearest security personnel or Expo staff.
13. The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Delegates will be informed of any significant changes.
14. The payment made towards the registration fee will not be refunded.
